Slipway House sits above the slipway of the Dartmouth car ferry. With its prominent position and pink rendered walls, it is one of the landmark buildings in the heart of picturesque Kingswear. It is conveniently located for the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway whose terminus is a short hop across the road and, needless to say, the foot and car ferries to Dartmouth.

Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange for a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. Deliveries are available Mon - Sat 7am - 6pm, unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.
